We offer the possibility to partecipate to the Olive Harvest from ‘the picking to the bottle’.

The olive picking is done from the end of October to the beginning of December. It’s during this period that we invite you to come for our Make your own Extra Virgin Olive Oil workshop.

The program consists of:

~ A brief description of the olive growth in Tuscany

~ Olive picking

~ Visit at the oil mill during the pressing of the olives

~ Designing and choosing of a personal olive oil label

~ Bottling of the finished oil

And also dinners and lunches with tasting of different regional extra virgin olive oils, cultural and gastronomic itineraries, extra virgin olive oil cooking course and massages with olive oil!
